YKVN acts as Vietnam counsel in VinFast’s U.S. listing on the Nasdaq

Working with Latham Watkins, YKVN serves as Vietnamese counsel for VinFast Auto Ltd. (VinFast) in its U.S. listing on the Nasdaq [VFS]. 

The YKVN team is led by Managing Partner Truong Nhat Quang, with the support of Partner Nguyen Van Hai and Counsel Ho Anh Tuyet. 

VinFast, a subsidiary of Vingroup, specializes in electric vehicles. It is becoming a U.S.-listed company through a SPAC deal with Black Spade Acquisition Co (NYSE: BSAQ).
