YKVN advised Bach Hoa Xanh Investment on its private equity offering of 5% minority stake

YKVN acted as sole counsel to Bach Hoa Xanh Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company (BHX Investment), a subsidiary of Mobile World Investment Corporation (HOSE: MWG), on its VND 1.800 billion private equity offering.
