YKVN advised Ho Chi Minh City Development Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HDBank – HoSE: HDB) as issuer of USD 165 million in international bonds to increase tier-2 equity.
The investors included International Finance Corporation (IFC) – a member of the World Bank, DEG – Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft, and LeapFrog Investments.
The YKVN team was led by partners Truong Nhat Quang and Nguyen Van Hai assisted by associate Le Huynh Nhat Minh.
